I spearheaded an ambitious project within the framework of a simulated Forage Project, with the primary goal of enhancing The Sims 4 experience through innovative gameplay features. Championing the integration of a Voice Controlled Interface into The Sims 4, I presented a comprehensive Feature Proposal document that outlined the vision and potential impact of the new feature to stakeholders. To lay the groundwork for implementing the Voice Controlled Interface, I developed a meticulous class diagram and header file in C++, ensuring seamless communication between players and NPCs within the game environment. Leveraging advanced programming techniques, I addressed existing bugs and optimized the Sims 4 codebase by integrating enhanced data structures and algorithms to guarantee stability and performance improvements. Throughout the simulated Forage Project, I collaborated closely with EA's development team, utilizing iterative development cycles and rigorous testing protocols to refine the Voice Controlled Interface feature in alignment with the game's overarching design goals. My commitment to innovation and excellence in software development was evident as I explored cutting-edge solutions within the simulated Forage Project environment, pushing the boundaries of interactive gaming experiences within The Sims franchise.
