SporeWood is a farming sim… but not your grandma’s cozy crop game. 🌌 Set in a mysterious off-world biome, it blends peaceful farming mechanics with eerie sci-fi energy. Think glowing spores, alien soil, and strange tech keeping your crops alive. It was designed as a prototype demo for our client’s game vision, and we proudly showcased it at the IUI Capstone Fair in December 2024.
As Project Manager and Unity Programmer, I wore a lot of hats—thankfully, none of them were full of spores (well, not literally). My key contributions included:
🧠 Leading the Team – I coordinated team workflows, managed our timeline, and ensured smooth communication from concept to delivery.
🛠️ Programming Core Systems – I implemented game logic, interactive elements, and end-of-game triggers using C# in Unity.
🧩 Designing Engaging Levels – I crafted the world layout to guide player experience, balancing visual appeal with functional gameplay.
Our project received strong engagement at the Capstone Fair—with several attendees noting the clean UI, otherworldly vibe, and polished feel of the demo.
